Oral Health Center for People with Disabilities Helps New Yorkers Get Needed Care
"The difference is when you go to a place that's not trained for Alex, you're given a band-aid. But here, you're given the best." Paul and Janice Katz have been searching for a dentist who would be willing to treat their son Alex, who has autism. But with the opening of the NYU College of Dentistry's Oral Health Center for People with Disabilities, Alex can now get the care that he needs.
